A fine pair of Coloured Prints after original paintings by Sir David Wilkie RA. The original paintings, entitled ‘The Rent Day’ & ‘Destraining For Rent’ are both in the Collection of the Scottish National Gallery in Edinburgh, Scotland whilst a copy of ‘Rent Day’ (Albumen Silver Print) resides in the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, USA. The Prints are in excellent condition and have retained their original colouring well.
