Delivery is dependent upon customer location. London & Home County locations are normally delivered to by ourselves and takes around 48 hours, although at busy times this may take a little longer. Delivery times for locations further afield can be quoted upon request.
Where shipping has been undertaken by ourselves, contact us in the first instance via email. Where damage is deemed to be due to faulty packing/shipping by ourselves, then a full refund will be offered. Where shipping has been undertaken by a third party shipper, please contact the Shipper directly in the first instance to register the incident.
